Las Vegas 2

Well Las Vegas didn't let us down, another great day, very enjoyable. We took in an Art Gallery (Chihuly) it was lovely featuring many glass works  and some similar to the chandelier in The Bellagio.  We then went on to the Luxor Casino and went through The Titanic Exhibition and The Bodies (real human organs etc.) exhibition. Both were great although we enjoyed The Titanic the best and especially seeing the huge part of the ship that had been retrieved.
We had a good look along the strip and had several coffees through the day finally returning to the hotel. Stephen went down to take a video of the Bellagio Fountain show and then it was time for dinner. Buffet dinners are pretty good here!   I forgot to mention there is an exhibition inside the Bellagio where all the statues are made from fresh flowers, so pretty!
The building on the right is bigger at the top than the bottom!
Such a pretty exhibition!

Hard Rock Cafe Las Vegas

We came across these rather large Bonsai trees on our walk
We gave this horrendous Roller Coaster ride a miss!
Daytime view across from our hotel
Breakfast........delicious!
This was huge and very impressive!
Another chandelier by Chihuly, the one in the Bellagio is now worth millions of dollars.
Very pretty butterfly
More from Chihuly, so beautiful
These patty cakes are enormous!!!! They were about 8 inches high....massive, make the ordinary person sick I would imagine!!!
The Bellagio at left and Caesars Palace to the right. The lake in the foreground is where the fountain shows are held.
Beautiful shop Easter display in The Bellagio
Wedding chapel, very nice and not tacky at all.
Pattisserie complete with chocolate fountain to the right. We haven't tried it out! In the Bellagio.
More Chihuly.

  4. I am impressed with Vegas Trace, not what I expected. Being the art lover that you are, you have shown a beautiful side to it. Are you going to check out any of the shows? Love the Easter display too, so cute.
